Autumn’s last call. One of the main reasons why I love the cape in November is the color of the salt marshes. The shades of bronze rival any beech or Norway maple.
The beaches are empty. The crowds are gone. The roads aren’t choked with tourists. The air is brisk and clear and the salt marshes are brilliant under a lazy late afternoon sun.

Take me back
Clintons’ summer in Cape Cod.
I forgot to say, if you couldn’t come for the whole week, come for two or three days. We are only fifty miles from Boston so it isn’t much of a trip. Does this look natural?
